I’m Ralph and I’m a recording engineer and a mixer.
I love working with artists getting their tracks to the finish line. Whether exploring the artistic vision during recording, or finetuning that vision during mixing, collaboration is what makes it special.
Music hits different with people around you. This already starts in the creation process. That magical take when all playing live. The energy in the room
when the mix comes together. The simple joy of working on music together.
For me, that’s what music is all about.
I mainly work from my own room at Studio Le Roy, a high end recording facility in Amsterdam. It’s a spacious room with awesome monitoring and carefully selected gear. I love mixing hybrid. It gives me the flexibility and speed of digital but the fun and flavor of analog.
